The website looks quite funny with some cartoon style pictures. And I normally don’t like to be titled as “idiot”. So my first impression: is this fat loss program just a joke or really serious?

    In Nov 07 I had about a stone to lose and 3 weeks until a holiday in the sun. so in desperation used the Idiot proof diet and I lost 7 lb in the first week and about 3 lb in 2nd week although obviously wasn't as good in 2nd week but by time I went on holiday I had lost 12lb so was very pleased. I think its ok for a quick fix maybe once a month and just eat sensibly the rest of the time.

    I love it and its easy. I lost 8 lbs the first 11 days. I did the 11 day cycle 2 more times and lost 6 lbs and 4 lbs for a total of 18 lbs with 33 days of dieting. I had no problems sticking to the diet and I was never hungry. I have started the diet cycle again for the new year. I am happy to say I ate regularly (no diet) since December 7th and have maintained my weight. I thought perhaps the weight would return easily but it did not.

    I have tried to lose weight going to the usual slimmers' clubs and exercising like a maniac to no avail. This has gone on for 4 years and I was miserable. I clicked on to this fatloss programme and started it immediately. The results?? Brilliant. I have lost a stone in 3 weeks and am still doing the diet combined with walking every day and I feel great and thinner at long last. I have had the occasional slice of bread or gin and tonic but have mainly stuck to the diet. Easy, never hungry but expensive for me to do as I've eaten mostly fish for my main protein and that doesn't come cheap!!! Would recommend it to everybody who has a weight loss programme and would just say that you have to be single minded the first 11 days and it will work. It's easy to continue then as you know it works and you will never starve!!! Going to try the vegetarian 11 days next time to get to my target weight which should happen in 3 weeks' time!! Yeah, am one happy bunny.
