Firm and Flatten Your Abs by David Grisaffi is another FlatAbs program sold through the internet. It claims that you can get rock-hard six abs without doing crunches, sit-ups or using expensive equipment by using a scientifically tested sports training. Ok, sounds hyped up like all the fancy looking sales letters.


But who is David Grisaffi?

David seems to be quite experienced in many fields. He’s certified by the International Sports Sciences Association and also by the Chek
Institute as a Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiologist, Health and Lifestyle Coach and Golf Biomechanics Pro. This sound impressing, but what does it mean in reality?


What is the ebook about?

The Firm & Flatten Your Abs program does not use sit ups, ab rollers nor fat burning pills. It’s a natural flat abs training program that targets exercises for every muscle in the core and not just abs.

The ebooks is well structured and laid out, with 180 pages. The first three chapters are focussed on introduction, the greatest 15 abdominal myths (we know all about
them…) and some boring theory. So in my opinion you can just start out with chapter four.

expensive equipment.


Are their any downsides?

The ebook is comprehensive, 180 pages are nearly to much. I felt overhelmed when I read the program the first time.

I would have expected more tips on the cardio side. In my opinion there are three elements to lose belly fat: Abs workouts, cardio and a nutrition plan.


What is the verdict?

The Firm & Flatten Your Abs program is a comprehensive abs system. I recommend it mainly if you want to get flat abs and suffer from back pain. The core exercises stabilize the spine which is the main reason causing back problems.

Although the program is for everybody it is not all that simple. If you want to see real results it requires fairly intense volume. You need to be willing to spend
significant time.
